A). Licensing and Third-Party Content

Clause: Use of Third-Party Content

  • Royalty-Free Media: All Vibes utilizes royalty-free images, videos, fonts, and voices provided by InVideo AI in the creation of client videos.

  • Client Assurance: Clients can be assured that all media used in their videos are licensed appropriately for unrestricted use.

B). Client-Provided Content

Clause: Client Content Responsibility

  • Content Ownership: Clients must own or have the necessary permissions for any images, videos, or other content they provide to All Vibes.

  • Legal Compliance: Clients are responsible for ensuring that their provided content does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws.

C). Liability Limitations

Clause: Limitation of Liability

  • Service Use: All Vibes is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • Third-Party Claims: Clients agree to indemnify and hold All Vibes harmless from any claims arising due to the use of client-provided content or misuse of the final video.
