Monthly Subscription
Cancellation and Pro-Rated Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription period. To cancel and request a pro-rated refund, please contact our support team.
Revisions: Monthly subscribers can request up to two revisions per video to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Revision requests must be submitted before placing a new video request, as submitting a new request finalises the previous one.
