Pause and Cancellation Policy

At All Vibes, we prioritise flexibility to suit your needs. Whether you want to take a break or end your subscription, we’ve designed our policies to be simple and transparent.


Pause Policy

You can pause your subscription at any time, ensuring you're not charged while taking a break. This is perfect if you only have a few video requests or need time to plan future projects. Here's how it works:

  • Flexible Pausing:
    You can pause mid-billing cycle and preserve your remaining subscription days.

  • Billing Cycle:
    Our billing operates on a 31-day cycle. For instance:

    • If you use the service for 21 days and pause, you will have 10 days of service remaining.
    • You can resume your subscription anytime and use those days whenever needed.
  • How to Pause:
    Submit a pause request via your account settings or email our support team.


Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Here's what to expect:

  1. Pro-Rated Refunds:

    • If you cancel mid-cycle, you will be refunded for the unused days.
    • Example: If you use 20 days of a 31-day cycle and cancel, you will be refunded for the remaining 11 days.
  2. Access to Content:

    • Completed projects remain available for use.
    • New video requests will no longer be processed after cancellation.
  3. Immediate Effect:

    • Once canceled, your subscription stops at the end of your billing period, and any unused days are refunded.

Examples

  1. Pause Example:

    • Subscription start: October 1
    • Pause request: October 21
    • Remaining days: 10 days saved for later use
  2. Cancellation Example:

    • Subscription start: October 1
    • Cancellation request: October 20
    • Pro-rated refund: October 21–31 → Refund for 11 days

Request Process

  • To pause or cancel, log in to your account settings or contact our support team at hello@allvibes.co.uk.
  • Allow 2 business days for processing. 
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval (Refund Policy).
